Salumificio Monte Arci operates in a 1800 sq meter covered manufacturing plant divided into specific areas. This enables our team to carry out every phase of the production process from meat butchery to packaging all in one location.

PRODUCTION
The plant has a production capacity of 400.000 kilograms of cured meats per year. Our range consists of more than 60 delicacies including sausages, long-ageing products and cooked products, all of which are produced with accurate manufacturing processes according to ancient recipes.
